Time Management Coaching
What executive has never attended (voluntarily or not...) a time management seminar? The effect vanishes after three or four days and all our good intentions end up in the bin, alongside the seminar documentation.
This is not the case in Time Management Coaching. The Client develops, individually and methodically, a realistic perception of their own behaviour at work in terms of time. He recognises the weak points and the way objectives are set and, with the professional and targeted help of the Coach, overcomes the obstacles in his way, learning to use his time more effectively and satisfactorily.
Time Management Coaching can also be conducted in small groups (maximum three) if desired.
Time management Coaching is an element of Work-Life Balance Coaching, so it can even make sense in the private setting.
