The PAPI™ (Personality and Preference Inventory) personality test according to Cubiks
Coaching has several methods that help to lead the Client to ask the question "Where am I really?". Sometimes it is important to use a science-based tool and then go over the written results. This can be accomplished using the PAPI™ procedure.
In the PAPI method™ the Client evaluates their own strengths and weaknesses.
PAPI™ can be used to achieve transparency in employee development as an initial analysis for a coaching process. It is useful for determining the Coachee's position so the appropriate development measures can be taken. A combination with other methods such as a [selfurl=?id=53-1]360° Feedforward analysis[/selfurl] may make sense.
PAPI™ can also underpin team development initiatives. If you superimpose the personality profiles of each team member on a single PAPI™ wheel, the team's strengths and weaknesses can be identified rapidly. This gives us an understanding of the reasons that cause interpersonal problems, and paths can subsequently be designed for the team to enjoy greater harmony, facilitating, in turn, a constructive debate within a reliable methodological framework.
I have been duly trained and certified to apply this method.
