How do we treat each other? How do we communicate with each other? Do we get what we want by acting this way?
Why do some executives get the best out of workers "so easily", and apparently effortlessly, while others have to "take the hard line" from the outset to get results?
What is the working environment in the department, team or in my immediate environment like?
Am I happy at work, either as a manager or as an employee?
How does the way we get on with each other in the organisation affect performance, my results and, in broader terms, company profits?
Relational Coaching addresses all these questions. An analysis is performed, and facts and emotions are classified at the same time.
Improvements, and the path towards them, are developed, with guidance for the coachee.
Changes take place in the way we do things and in our behaviour. According to the systemic approach, changing one part of the system causes the whole system to change. In this context, system means a relationship (even a professional one, between boss and employee), a family, a company department. Each system is, in turn, part of another system or of multiple systems.
This is why Relational Coaching is extremely effective in both business and in private life.
Relational Coaching can also be an effective part of Team Coaching, although it is also applied to Individual Coaching.
