Intercultural Coaching
Leadership and teamwork management in the context of globalisation places particularly high demands on directors, workers and their families in the case of extended stays abroad.
Intercultural Coaching helps the coachee to stop seeing their own cultural perspective as "the only right one", and lays the foundations for them to open up and recognise how other paradigms trigger other behaviours and work styles. By becoming aware of and being sensitive to this issue, the coachee begins to see cultural differences, and their diversity, as an opportunity rather than an obstacle in their working life and in their private life as well.
Experience has shown us that the culture factor often causes problems which at first sight cannot be resolved and should therefore not be underestimated.
